Program Description

This is a three hour hands-on presentation for graduates of our About Boating Safely programs only. It builds upon what you learned in the About Boating Safely, and expands on the the principals of navigation and on how to understand  and use a Nautical Chart.

It is a non-Certificate presentation for About Boating Safely graduates that want to expand their knowledge of navigation.

This presentation does not cover the use of electronic navigation (GPS), but the principals you will learn will enable you to understand what your GPS or Chart Plotter displays.

You must have successfully completed the About Boating Safely program before attending this presentation.
