Navegando América - Este es la versión en español de nuestro curso "About Boating Safely"

Navegando América es un curso de ocho horas, con seis capítulos y un examen diseñado específicamente para operadores de botes, pescadores amateur o profesionales, operadores de motos acuáticas (PWC) y todo tipo de operadores que no tienen el tiempo para atender un curso completo comprensivo. Navegando América es una tradición del libro en Ingles “Boating Safely” que fue desarrollado por el U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary en cooperación con el U. S. Power Squadrons y Mosby Lifeline, y es aprobado por la organización National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA). Este curso es específico para el estado de la Florida.
El estado de la Florida requiere que personas que nacieron en Enero 1^Ro, 1988 o después, tengan la "Florida Boater Education Identification Card" para operar un barco.
Muchas compañías de seguro le ofrecerán descuentos en la póliza de seguro a las personas que completen este curso satisfactoriamente. Individuos que terminen satisfactoriamente este curso se les entregara un certificado y tarjeta.

Navegación y La Carta Náutica

Esta es una presentación de tres horas y medias para los graduados del curso Navegando América solamente.

Se basa en lo que aprendió en el curso Navegando América, y se expande con los principios de la navegación y la manera de entender y utilizar la carta náutica. Es una presentación práctica sobre la navegación y de la carta náutica y de las herramientas del navegador.

Se trata de una presentación (sin certificado) sobre los conocimientos prácticos de la navegación.

Usted tiene que haber tomado el programa Navegando América antes de asistir a esta presentación

About Boating Safely

This is the in classroom (seminar) version of our popular boating course. It is an exciting, in-depth boating safety course. This beginner boating class will give you the knowledge needed to obtain a boat license or safety certification in many states. Many boat insurance companies will offer discounts on boating insurance to boaters who successfully complete About Boating Safely. This is an excellent course for adults and teenagers. We encourage you to bring your family and friends.
About Boating Safely is a NASBLA approved boating safety course accepted by all 50 states.
Students will be issued a U.S.C.G. Auxiliary Certificate, U.S.C.G. Auxiliary Wallet Card and will receive the State of Florida Boater Education Identification Card in the mail upon successful completion of the course. The State of Florida Boater Education Identification Card is required to operate a boat by persons born on or after January 1^St, 1988

More About Boating Safely

Navigation and Piloting

This is a three and a half hour hands-on presentation for graduates of our About Boating Safely programs only. It builds upon what you learned in the About Boating Safely, and expands on the the principals of navigation and on how to understand and use a Nautical Chart.

It is a non-Certificate presentation for About Boating Safely graduates that want to expand their knowledge of navigation.
